Login Now

You will need to provide your Login credentials to access the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal.

The Employee Self Service portal helps you to connect to the online resources your organisation has made available to you. Using ESS, you can browse and search those resources, perform your day-to-day activities, and manage your account details.

Login Tips

To prevent navigation issues, you should have cookies "enabled".

To help ensure security and privacy, please ensure that you log out of the system using the "Sign Out" menu option. Also, please remember to close down your browser window(s), especially if you are using a shared computer/device, to prevent unauthorised access of your information. If the service you are using is integrated within your enterprise portal as an integrated service, then, ESS will not offer you a logout button, and you will have to logout of your system to achieve the same.

For your privacy and safety ESS uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) integrated within your browser. This ensures that your information cannot be intercepted, manipulated or misused by anyone during transmission. All recent browsers support SSL. For more information you can refer to our Security Section.

If this is the first time you log in, you will be presented with the Terms and Conditions of ESS use. You will need to accept these before you can continue.

SSL and Cookies

To access protected services using the ESS portal, your browser MUST be setup to use SSL and should accept Cookies.

The ESS portal session cookies contain tokens and other information needed to facilitate access all the protected resources which you are entitled to access in the ESS portal. Neither your login credentials nor the token contain any personal information. These cookies remain in the cookie file of your system for a maximum of 20 minutes after they are initially created and are automatically removed when you browser session is terminated or when you log-out.
